This role leads the overall direction of the club, supporting every squad, volunteer and project. The Chair helps keep the Titans organised, fair and focused, ensuring the club continues to grow while staying true to its inclusive roots.

The Treasurer oversees the club’s finances, making sure budgets are healthy, transparent and aligned with our goals. This role ensures membership fees, sponsorship income and fundraising efforts are all managed responsibly.

The Secretary looks after the club’s admin backbone—meeting notes, governance, communications and essential paperwork. They help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role manages the match calendar, liaises with leagues and opponents, and ensures every team knows where they’re playing each weekend. It’s the logistical heart of our competitive programme.

The Football Operations Officer supports training, matchday organisation and squad coordination across the club. They help coaches, captains and teams stay aligned and prepared throughout the season.

This officer leads on planning and delivering club events—from tournaments to fundraisers to social gatherings. Their work helps build community and create memorable moments for members on and off the pitch.

The Communications Rep manages how the club presents itself—sharing updates, promoting events, and celebrating achievements. They help keep members, supporters and partners informed and connected.

This role supports new joiners, current members and anyone looking to get involved with Titans football. They help ensure the club remains welcoming, inclusive and accessible for players of all backgrounds.

The Events & Partnerships Officer builds relationships with external groups, sponsors and community partners. They also help plan club-wide events that bring people together and support long-term growth.
